Terms of Service

Welcome to Swiftly UI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using our site or engaging our design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Swiftly UI provides custom web design services, primarily built on the Framer platform. Our services may include but are not limited to:
Website design and development
UI/UX design
Site setup and customization on Framer
Basic SEO setup
Post-launch support (as outlined in individual agreements)
2. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information for your project
Respond promptly to communications and feedback requests
Secure rights to any content (images, logos, text) you provide
Pay all invoices by the due date
Failure to provide necessary materials or feedback may delay the project and could result in additional fees.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project work begins
The remaining balance is due upon final delivery or project launch
Payments are non-refundable once work has started
Late payments may incur a fee or delay in project completion
Custom payment terms may be detailed in a separate proposal or contract.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you provide
Upon full payment, you will own the final design and website assets
Swiftly UI retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio or social media (unless otherwise agreed)
All design concepts, mockups, and iterations remain the property of Swiftly UI unless included in the final deliverable.
5. Use of Third-Party Services
Our websites are built using Framer. By using our services, you also agree to Framer’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party platforms or tools.
6. Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimated and depend on timely communication and feedback from the client. Delays caused by the client may result in a revised delivery date or additional fees.
7. Revisions and Scope
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may require a change order and incur additional fees.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. If terminated by the client, any work completed up to that point will be invoiced. No refunds will be issued for completed work or deposits.
9. Limitation of Liability
Swiftly UI is not liable for:
Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of your website
Downtime or technical issues caused by Framer or other third-party tools
Any losses due to client misuse or changes after project handoff
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco.
