Welcome to Swiftly UI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using our site or engaging our design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Swiftly UI provides custom web design services, primarily built on the Framer platform. Our services may include but are not limited to:

  • Website design and development

  • UI/UX design

  • Site setup and customization on Framer

  • Basic SEO setup

  • Post-launch support (as outlined in individual agreements)

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information for your project

  • Respond promptly to communications and feedback requests

  • Secure rights to any content (images, logos, text) you provide

  • Pay all invoices by the due date

Failure to provide necessary materials or feedback may delay the project and could result in additional fees.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project work begins

  • The remaining balance is due upon final delivery or project launch

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started

  • Late payments may incur a fee or delay in project completion

Custom payment terms may be detailed in a separate proposal or contract.

4. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of all content you provide

  • Upon full payment, you will own the final design and website assets

  • Swiftly UI retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio or social media (unless otherwise agreed)

All design concepts, mockups, and iterations remain the property of Swiftly UI unless included in the final deliverable.

5. Use of Third-Party Services

Our websites are built using Framer. By using our services, you also agree to Framer’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party platforms or tools.

6. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimated and depend on timely communication and feedback from the client. Delays caused by the client may result in a revised delivery date or additional fees.

7. Revisions and Scope

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may require a change order and incur additional fees.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. If terminated by the client, any work completed up to that point will be invoiced. No refunds will be issued for completed work or deposits.

9. Limitation of Liability

Swiftly UI is not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of your website

  • Downtime or technical issues caused by Framer or other third-party tools

  • Any losses due to client misuse or changes after project handoff

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco.
